Fishing dealers are kindly requested to contact our office by dialing the following phone number: + 48 61 625 21 20

When you call us the first time after December 13th you will be asked to input your Shimano Polska customer number to verify yourself. Without providing your customer number, you will not be able to make authorization and connect with chosen section of our office. After first, correct authorization, our phone system will remember your customer number and later on there will be no need to input it again if you call from the same phone number.
However we strongly recommend to have ready your customer number when you contact Shimano Polska consultant. It will significantly speed up our service and answering your questions. Thank you!

You will find your six digit customer number of Shimano on every invoice that has been issued to you and in My Shimano, please look at My Account submenu.
