1. I cannot access the portal. How to register? Where to get login and password?

The Shimano-Bike.pl panel supports two types of accounts:

1. An account for a store employee / seller, where information and marketing materials as well as electronic product catalogs will be available.
2. An account for a mechanic with access to the warranty claim form and what in point. 1.

In the first case, you can register yourself. In the login window, click the “Register” button.

In the second case access to the Shimano-Bike.pl Panel with the possibility of submitting warranty claims is granted individually to each user on the basis of contact details confirmed with the relevant sales representative.
The login to the portal is your e-mail address, you create the password yourself, after receiving the e-mail with a link to set the password.

2. How to file a warranty claim for a product.

If you have an account for a mechanic with access to the complaint form, select “Service” on the top menu bar and then click “Warranty Claim”. At the moment, in the electronic version, you can only submit claims for Shimano brand products.

We are working to ensure that in the future you can submit claims for all brands in our distribution.

3. How do I file an E-Bike battery warranty claim?

If you do not have an account with the possibility of making a complaint, you can still make a complaint for a Shimano STePS battery or a Darfon or Simplo (Trend Power) battery, which is supported under the Shimano STePS Service.
