Change in the complaint submission procedure

Ladies and gentlemen,

As of March 16, 2022, we have introduced a change in the complaint submission procedure for the Shimano-Bike.pl panel.
A point has been added to the procedure:

§2 Reporting defects, point 2:
“The customer cannot send the notification if he is not in physical possession of the goods, in particular if the goods have not been physically handed over to him by the consumer.”

The remaining content of the regulations retains the current wording.
